"Pretty disappointing for the price"
I was disappointed with this. For what it costs, I expected a lot more, but it just didn’t feel worth the money to me

"I’ve been using this straightener for..."
I’ve been using this straightener for a few months now, and it’s still working really well. Usually when something feels sturdy right away and heats up quickly every time, I take that as a good sign it’s going to hold up, and so far that’s been exactly the case. No problems at all, and I’m really happy with the quality.

"Shipping was faster than I thought it’d be"
My order showed up way quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything arrived without any issues too, so no complaints from me — always nice when that happens.

I reached out expecting to wait a while, but support replied quickly. The tone of their message was friendly and easygoing, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.

"I bought one of their curling wands..."
I bought one of their curling wands and, to be fair, it did heat up quickly. But my curls were basically gone within an hour, and my ends felt kind of dry after using it. I even reached out about it, but the reply felt like nobody actually read what I wrote, which was frustrating. Maybe it works better on thicker hair, but for mine, the results just weren’t worth the price.
